Foundations of Well-Being is a facilitated workshop series.

The Foundations of Well-Being program by Jenn Cusick is a transformative, research-driven workshop series crafted to help individuals build resilience and connect meaningfully with themselves and their communities. This flexible program is ideal for diverse audiences in human services and beyond, offering a holistic approach to personal growth, emotional agility, and well-being.

Each workshop module—covering topics like self-compassion, critical thinking, values, and community connection—can be customized to meet the unique needs of any group. Foundations of Well-Being takes participants beyond typical self-care practices covering topics such as emotional agility, recognizing my values, navigating discomfort, navigating boundaries, certainty and uncertainty, managing stress, embracing awe and wonder, becoming a stronger support to others, critical thinking, creating a safety net in crisis—fostering a holistic approach to thriving in life’s complexities. With a trauma-informed foundation, this program encourages self-awareness, supportive relationships, and sustainable strategies for facing challenges, and moving towards flourishing.

Through interactive content, practical tools, and reflective activities, participants are empowered to face life’s challenges with compassion and awareness. With Jenn's expertise in creating inclusive and trauma-sensitive spaces, Foundations of Well-Being offers not just tools but a pathway to flourishing, connection, and a deep sense of belonging.
